What kind of photos do I need to submit?
1. Photos should be clear, with the pet as the main subject, and the background should not be too cluttered.
2. Preferably with more front-facing pictures and a few side profiles.
3. Pets should not wear any clothes as much as possible.
4. Try to take full-body photos so we can see your pet’s unique features.
We have a dedicated team to check photos when placing orders. If there is a problem with your photos, we will notify you quickly by email.
Please note that the quality of the final portrait depends on the quality of the photo you provide. For best results, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines above.
Why do I need to upload 15-25 photos?
We need to train a unique model for your pet based on the photo set you sent. We will keep this model forever for your next purchase. Therefore, we promise: you only need to buy pet portraits once, and you can enjoy a 40% discount forever (only $59)!
What pets does pawpicai support?
Pawpicai currently supports dogs and cats. However, we are striving to give our users the best experience. We are continuously enhancing our capabilities and plan to expand to other types of pets in the future, as well as provide more accurate AI generated portraits. If you have a cat or dog, you can expect the best outcomes with our current capabilities.
What is the pixel size of the image I received?
The image is in ultra-clear 4K resolution, usually 2365*3547,suitable for printing or display at any size.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can’t guarantee that we can change it.
Returns/Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds due to the substantial costs involved in creating AI models and generating AI portraits. Our arrangements with upstream providers do not permit refunds for the GPU processing time utilized for these tasks, which would result in financial losses for us.
However, we understand that there may be unique circumstances, and we are open to considering refunds on an individual basis. If you believe your situation warrants further discussion, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We strive to provide the best possible service and support to our users.
What if I don't like the artwork?
We are committed to making sure you love your work!
We will notify you by email when your pet portrait is complete. You have 2 days to send us a request for revisions or approval for further refinement. If we do not hear back from you after 2 days, we will consider the artwork approved and continue to optimize it.
We are proud to offer unlimited free revisions so you can enjoy your pet portraits with peace of mind.

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?
You should expect to receive a response within a couple of hours.
During busier periods (such as holiday shopping season), please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
How will I know when my artwork is ready for review?
Your artwork will be completed within 1-3 days of placing your order. We will notify you by email when your artwork is completed. Please review your artwork within 2 days of receiving the preview. If we do not receive your approval or modification request within 2 days, we will consider the artwork approved and continue to optimize it.
